Don’t blow your plan this weekend. I know weekends during the summer make it super easy to stray from your goals - parties, showers, weddings, day trips…you know, places where there’s lots of food & drink you don’t normally eat. Stay the course! Stick to your plan and see the results.
Now, I’m not saying AVOID all the good stuff…what I AM saying is that it’s up to you to decide what events are WORTH splurging on! Will I be going overboard at my annual summer party? Of course. Will I be enjoying a few treats and cocktails over the holiday weekend? Yep. Will I have a few drinks at this baby shower tomorrow? More than likely. But will I stick to the plan every other day? YOU BET. :)

GREENS N’ RICE BOWL 🍚🍃🍚🍃The base is fluffy basmati rice. I topped it off with avocado chunks, fresh spinach, garlicky sautéed brussel sprouts, green pumpkin seeds, squeeze of fresh lime, cracked pepper, pink salt and cabbage sauerkraut. This is my go to dinner on a busy night, because its so easy to make and tastes so delich! 🌿 #radplantlife
